This flattering Stonewashed Cotton patchwork pixie garment can be worn as either a skirt or a dress. The elastic top allows for wearing high or low on the waist when wearing as a skirt, and provides enough support to keep in place when worn as a dress. For extra security, however, there is tie that can be worn around the neck.
