Banded Onyx
Onyx, most commonly available in its black variety, is best known for its grounding and protective power. All forms of Onyx can be used to promote stability, strength, and support. The gemstone is especially beneficial when one is needing a boost of willpower and/or discipline for a new project or endeavor, particularly one that is not very exciting or has inherent risks involved.

While Black Onyx is the most popular form of Onyx, Banded Onyx is the most rare, and is only found in parts of South Asia.
